 Mission Statement: The Worship and Music Ministry shall direct the care, use and planning of the Worship of God in the life of our congregation, while using music in various ways to help in our overall minstry goals.

• Selection of liturgical music along with Music Director and Pastor
• Selection of special music along with Music Director
• Worship helpers (acolyte, assisting minister, communion helper) supervision and training
• Altar guild training and supervision
• Planning for special services along with Music Director and Pastor
• Seasonal decoration of the worship area (banners, candles, etc.) and front doors
• Maintenance of music and instruments
• Sound system maintenance and training
• Choir along with Music Director
• Maintaining worship supplies (including paraments, baptismal supplies, communion supplies, oil for candles)
• Supervision of organist/music director
• Twice yearly evaluation of organist/music director, along with Administration Ministry
• Yearly salary recommendations for organist/music director along with Administration Ministry
• Search committees for organist/music director when needed
